Pretreatment System
The pretreatment system is specialized in manufacturing and supplying equipment tailored for the production of various beverages, including fruit juices, tea beverages, milk-containing drinks, and carbonated soft drinks. The equipment lineup encompasses: hot water systems, sugar dissolution systems, reduction systems (for concentration/reconstitution), extraction systems, milk powder reconstitution systems, simple syrup (monosaccharide syrup) systems, final syrup systems, blending/dosing systems, Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems, plate or corrugated tube-type Ultra High Temperature (UHT) sterilizers, carbonators/mix proportioners (for carbonated or blended beverages), vacuum degassing and aroma recovery systems, homogenization systems, and control systems, among others. Fitech has long been dedicated to providing beverage companies both domestically and internationally with standalone machinery and complete production line equipment for beverage processing. We offer comprehensive engineering consulting services and technical design solutions, encompassing equipment configuration planning, layout optimization, process flow design, and auxiliary equipment selection for production workshops, all tailored to meet our clients' specific needs.
Key:
- Product Description
-
Supplementary Material System
Various supplementary materials in the beverage formual are dissolved and prepared in this system according to their material properties.
The prepared supplementary materials and fruit juices are then pumped to the mixing system as per the pormulation requirements.
Extraction System
For tea infusion preparation, Tea leaves are steeped in water at a specified temperature for a certain period, Followed by filtration cooling, and separation before storage.
Modes of Extraction: Hanging-Basket Style, Inverted-Cone Style.
Sugar Dissolution System
Syrup is prepared by dissolving high-quality granulated suger in hot water to achieve the target concentration, followed by heat preservation, sterilization, filtration, and cooling before storage.
Powder reconstitution system
A specified amount of mike powder is dissolving in hot water at a set temperature, hydrated for a defined period, then cooled and storage.
Mixing system
The mixing system serves as the final stage for product blending, reaction, and stabilization. All syrups, primary ingredients, supplementary materials, fruit juices, and RO water are sequentially pumped into the mixing tank according to the formulation process. The mixture is stirred, homogenized, sampled for quality checks, and allowed to settle before being transferred to the next production step.
CIP system
CIP (Clean In Place) refers to the process where cleaning and sterilization of tanks, pipelines, and equipment are conducted without disassembly, using recirculating rinse water and detergent solutions.
The CIP cleaning fluid or water stored in tanks is circulated and heated via heat exchangers to meet process parameters (temperature and concentration). Under the combined action of acid/alkali solutions and heat, equipment such as production tanks and pipelines are high-pressure flushed through dedicated cleaning circuits, ensuring a hygienic environment for production.
Various storage tanks, valves and pipe fittings.
Hot and ambient filling beverage treatment key equipment-sterilizer
The sterilizer is used to kill microorganisms which may cause material spoilage and deterioration however, at the same time it preserves the original flavor and nutrient of products. The stringent process and prices treatment effectively prevent the secondary contamination of product and greatly extend the shelf life of the products. Fitech sterilizer applies corrugated tube with highly efficient heat exchanger, by adopting a reasonable heat exchange process and maximizing heat recovery, greatly saves energy consumption costs during operation.
Carbonated beverage treatment key equipment-mixer
By measuring with a precision mass flow meter, the mixer thoroughly mixes the final syrup and deoxygenated product water according to the set ratio. After cooling, carbon dioxide is injected to prepare a carbonated beverage with uniform sugar content and stable gas content.
Our unique technology innovatively increases the mixing temperature from 6-8 °C to 16-20 °C with stable product quality, greatly reducing energy consumption during equipment operation.Degassing System / Homogenizer
Performs degassing and homogenization treatment on products that require degassing.
