After-sales Commitment
We provide a one-year free equipment warranty (calculated from the date of acceptance). During the warranty period, if the device malfunctions or is damaged due to reasons not caused by the customer, our company will be responsible for resolving them free of charge. Upon receiving a phone call or written notice from the user, our company should provide repair services; However, if the cost of on-site service is incurred due to improper use by the customer, the customer shall bear it.
Outside the warranty period, we provide paid parts and repair services.
Timely and effective problem-solving mechanisms. When the device malfunctions, upon receiving notification from the user, make every effort to provide a substantial response within 48 hours and arrive at the scene within 72 hours to resolve the issue.
After the equipment arrives, the company will dispatch professional technicians to conduct on-site installation, debugging, and guidance, and provide training for equipment operators.
At least one user follow-up visit per year, providing technical services and support, and conducting free equipment maintenance,
